Palm Horizon Residence is a contemporary beachfront villa overlooking the Dubai skyline. Designed with refined marble finishes, warm walnut paneling, and panoramic glazing, the home balances bold architectural presence with understated luxury. The space was crafted to maximize sea views, natural light, and seamless indoor–outdoor living.
The process
1. Concept Development
The vision centered around modern coastal luxury—clean geometry, expansive glass walls, and a restrained palette of ivory marble, warm wood, and brushed brass. The aim was to create a residence that feels both powerful and serene.
2. Spatial Planning
We designed an open-plan living core with uninterrupted views toward the water. Floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the interior to the infinity pool terrace. Custom built-in joinery and concealed storage maintain a minimalist, sculpted environment.
3. Final Touches
Premium marble flooring, bespoke walnut wall panels, integrated lighting, and custom furniture pieces elevate the residence. Every finish was selected for longevity, elegance, and harmony with the coastal setting.
