A luxury Emirates Hills residence designed with a contemporary Arabic language. Soft beige limestone, seamless marble flooring, and handcrafted joinery create a calm yet monumental interior. High ceilings and curated lighting compositions enhance scale while preserving warmth and privacy.
The process
1. Site Orientation & Spatial Mastery
The mansion was strategically planned to maximize privacy while capturing controlled natural light. Large openings frame curated garden and skyline views without compromising exclusivity. Circulation flows seamlessly between formal and informal zones, ensuring both grandeur and comfort.
2. Architectural Language
We blended modern Arabic contemporary architecture with clean, monolithic geometry. Soft arches, recessed wall niches, and layered volumes introduce cultural depth while maintaining a restrained modern identity.
3. Statement Verticality
Double-height ceilings enhance spatial drama in the main reception areas. A sculptural chandelier anchors the space, drawing the eye upward and reinforcing the home’s vertical elegance.
4. Material Precision
Beige limestone walls create a timeless architectural backdrop. Premium marble flooring with subtle veining enhances scale and luxury. Custom walnut and oak joinery introduce warmth and contrast against the stone palette.
5. Bespoke Joinery & Built-Ins
Every cabinetry element was designed specifically for the residence. Integrated shelving, concealed storage, and seamless wall paneling maintain visual clarity while delivering functional efficiency.
6. Lighting Architecture
Layered lighting was carefully engineered—architectural cove lighting, concealed LED strips, and accent spotlights highlight textures and volumes. The lighting scheme shifts from daylight refinement to evening ambience effortlessly.
7. Refined Furnishing Strategy
Furniture selection balances contemporary silhouettes with regional elegance. Low-profile seating, sculptural coffee tables, and curated art pieces complement the architectural envelope without overpowering it.
8. Private Sanctuary Zones
Bedrooms and lounges were treated as quiet retreats. Soft textiles, muted tones, and indirect lighting establish a calm contrast to the formal entertaining spaces.
