SilverStone provides interior design, consultancy, project management, and related services.

All project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are subject to written agreements and may vary depending on scope, approvals, third-party contractors, and material availability.

No verbal representations shall override signed contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Designs

  • Architectural concepts

  • Renderings

  • Logos

  • Visual materials

  • Software elements

are the exclusive property of SilverStone or its licensors and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

All design concepts remain the intellectual property of SilverStone unless otherwise transferred through a formal written agreement.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All service fees are governed by signed proposals or contracts.

  • Payments must be made according to agreed milestones.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.

SilverStone reserves the right to revise pricing prior to contract execution.

5. Third-Party Contractors & Suppliers

SilverStone may collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants. While we exercise due diligence in selection:

  • We are not liable for independent contractor performance.

  • Material delays, manufacturing defects, or third-party failures are outside our direct control.

Liability shall be governed by the applicable project agreement.

6. Service Disclaimer

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Exact aesthetic outcomes due to lighting, materials, and installation variables.

  • Market value increases.

  • Regulatory approvals beyond our advisory scope.

All services are provided “as is” without implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • SilverStone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

8. User Submissions

If you provide materials, images, or content:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to share them.

  • You grant SilverStone a non-exclusive license to use such content for project execution and internal business purposes.

We are not responsible for verifying ownership of client-submitted materials.

9. Confidentiality

Project-related information, drawings, pricing, and proprietary methods are confidential.

Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information without written consent, except where required by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Contract terms are breached.

  • Payments are not fulfilled.

  • Unlawful conduct is identified.

Termination rights shall not waive outstanding financial obligations.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate in which SilverStone Interiors Design LLC is registered.
